I've being waiting for 8 months and few days with the USCIS i-130, Married to a u.s citizen and we're still waiting just for an approval...everyone how much time did you wait just to get an approval ?
I'm outside the United States, Born and raised in Morocco, Is there anyone here who has done an expedite request and went well ? I'm suffering from high stress that affected my intestines because of this separation from my husband and my abusif Mom and I don't know if they actually care about extreme health issues. idk how to even provide proof to the USCIS about the situation I'm living. idk if my husband sending me money would be important too because I told him to not send me anything because I'm depending on myself here until I join him. Thank you everyone

what service center? we are waiting since 14 months & nothing yet. it’s mentally extremely difficult

I waited 16 months for approval for 130 California service center

am waiting 2 years and 7 months for my approval still nothing am planning to upload some items by weekend.( joint account, second pregnancy pictures, shared credit card and lift insurance policy)

@Manal Mendoza I am potomac too waiting since nov 2023 for approval… we are confused too. we have one year old baby. we met each other in the internet and then get married after met 1 year and well… here we are!! but we are positive waiting approval soon 😃

I am in the u.s waiting 2.6 years everytime I call they said I am within normal processing time

8 months is not even close to the average time. keep waiting
