you need a covid test not the vaccine

you need both. test must be done no longer than 3 days before departure/arrival. better have proof in hand and be prepared for a posible rejection to travel.

I flew into the US after traveling abroad twice during COVID and they only ask for a PCR test less than 72 hours from time swabbed
