if one has approved NIW and other has approved EB1A. Both have same DQ date. is EB1A applicant get any benifit over NIW, especially in interwiew at embassy

what kind of benefit you refers ?? EB1 is current so you have an available VISA and the interview will be schedule very soon. the interview for both inmigrant visa are pretty much the same.

@Cristhian Mora in my embassy (pakistan) interview for NIW are being schedule 20 months after DQ date. i hve no idea? is this wait time would be same for EB1A,
