My case is similar to yours. I filed April 2022 and I have gotten some prima facie aa well. I responded to an RFE in in 2022 and it updated to correspondence was received on 2022. My case updated in August 2024 that my correspondence was received without sending any document to them. May 13th 2025 another prima facie was sent. No updates has been received since then.

@God is able able I am praying we get approved soon. Did your Prima facie notice expire way before they sent the new one in May 2025? If so when did it last expire before they issue this new one?

@GoodNews Soon Amen. I really pray we get approved soon. I think it expired before getting another one. There was a time o was not getting any prima facie.My main concern is more about the approval.

@K go1 I received 4 Prima facie notices,the last one expired May 31, 2025. My new I797c notice has the same service center as before (Vermont).

@mm AA have you ever gotten an rfe? Also did you get an approval shortly after Oct 2024?

@samuel dani I dont think it is bad, based on research it means that case has been touched and that could mean good since we are approaching 36 months next. I also filed September 2022

and my lawyer received a receipt notice for i360. which really confused me tbh. why I am getting the second receipt notice it has been 3 years almost and I have gotten the original when I applied for i360
