Hello, I received my USCIS acceptance letter on April 18th, but I haven't received my NVC welcome letter yet. How long will it take for that letter to arrive with my username? Approval takes 38 days.

write some inquiry or call to NVC... you dont have to wait the 45 days they say is the most you should wait for hear something about the welcome letter be proactive.. good luck.. I received the aproval letter from uscis may 6th it took less than 5 days to received the welcome letter.

@ Yesterday I contacted the NVC, we have been approved by USCIS for 42 days and we still have not received the welcome letter.

If the Ceac says "ready," you are ready for the interview, you can now create your case. The same thing happened to me and I wrote to the NVC.
