@GODANDTIME spice It took 40 days for USCIS to respond to my expedite request which was submitted thru Congressman.
Every case is different and I have seen different timelines for such congressional inquiries. Keep following up with your congressman.

@GODANDTIME spice It was updated to “Reviewing your request for expedite processing” after couple hours it was updated to “Expedite Request Approved”
