@red dead that’s the thing. I don’t know if I can expedite my case. As everyone else, I’m tired of being in this process for almost 3 years and won’t be able to change jobs and have a decent salary + benefits. But since I already have my work permit, I don’t know what I can say to expedite my process. I just would like to use this congressman help.

you can still switch jobs ensuring it is in the same field as your perm I'm in a similar boat as you are working at a lower salary and just waiting for the GC to be approved.

@elan m yes! supper annoying. I participated in some interviews, but companies are not willing to do the portability (I-485J). So, I guess I need to keep waiting 😢
