Confused with NVC status
I just got an email from the NVC that says my documents have been accepted and that I am documentarily qualified and will be scheduled for an interview at the consulate, however I also have a message in CEAC that says my sponsor does not meet the income requirements and that I need to add a joint sponsor. When I log into CEAC both spots where your documents are submitted say "Accepted". I'm confused, are my documents fine or do I in fact need to submit more documents for a joint sponsor? Could I just bring new documents to the interview or does it have to be uploaded to CEAC now? Any help would be greatly appreciated! #nvc

I-130 priority date August 05, 2021, I-130 approved June 06, NVC recieved case June 11, sent NVC docs June 23, DQ'd at NVC August 30, now waiting for the interview to be scheduled at Montreal

Same situation here, just that in my case they added that I MAY need a joint sponsor BUT that was to be determined by the interviewing officer. I’ll advise you do nothing for the time being as they haven’t asked you to submit any additional documents. Wait for the interview date.

@il Mo I got the same thing yesterday. and a request for evidence of my household members income even though it was already there

check the status of your last msg on ceac.
if they say they will send you interview date, you should believe them.
