“We have taken an action on your case” simply means an officer has opened up your case. The one that needs your attention is something you have to submit. RFE, documents, paperwork, whatever

yes I did interview on July at 9 the after interview immigration officer didn’t tell me anything on July 10, I got email. We have taken action on your case when I login my account I saw my cash is being reviewed. I don’t know how long will it take?
