Conditional Green Card
Can someone who just got approved for I-130 and I-485 (married w a USC) fill a petition for his son’s living abroad? or have to wait till get the 10 yrs one to fill the petition?

the child is considered the USC child once married to permanent resident it doesn’t matter.
