@chris rod i was married in 2019 and filed i485 and i130 in 2020 but we didn't attend the interview so it got denied. I filed vawa in Dec 2021 concurrently i485

@santhi p if your green card is based on approved vawa it must be 10 years green card without any condition. so that’s a mistake of USCIS. call them asap and try to fix it

Check your green card if is valid for 10 years or 2 years, if is 10 years it mean they granted by VAWA or consult a lawyer

Chris rod I had the history like her I got married in 2018 fillings 130 in 2019 never got a interview I got denied I filed vawa in October 2021 but a got a 10 years green card in September 2025 mabe the administration does some changement vawa GC is always 10 years

Yes. If permanent residence is granted through a marriage that was less than two years old at the time residence was granted, USCIS can impose conditional residence, and USCIS’s I-751 materials expressly provide a battery-or-extreme-cruelty waiver path for abused conditional residents.
