Hard to say. it’s the application that takes the longest. It says 24 months or more. I file in May 2023 and still waiting :/ My friend filed couple months ago and got the interview at the end of this month. It also depends on the center it was sent to.

i sent on 18th of July - got the receipt on 27th

@Shee ja As far as I know, some do the interview some others don’t. I believe it depends on the case.

@shee ja Typically the I-751 filed jointly with US citizen spouse takes 12-20 months but recently cases are taking much less time -8 to 12 months. All the best!
