Do I have the chance to receive my combo card if my I-485 is in RFE? or do they have to schedule my interview appointment first in order to send me my combo card?

@Aji Oye di you know how many days they a re taking to repond for rfe?inapplide for I 131 they asked for rfe i responded on oct 6 my app update to rfe was received and they will mail me a decision
