Combo Card Renewal
They received my case on April 3rd 2024 and until today I got a notification “Finguerprints were taken” after that message how long does it take to get the approval? Has anyone received this same message when renewing the combo card?

it's probably gonna take 2 months after this update.

check duration but most of the time is 14 to 15 months. it is very frustrating
