i send the expedit on July 29th via Emma . I really thought it was over after 4 weeks and I received an email on Thursday asking for evidence we send it on Friday and it was approved right away. my mother have diabetic 1 and she’s 70 yo. we send a cover letter from her doctor saying that’s she need a family member to help her with her medical care. i expedit only my advance parole but it trigger the Ead in the same time which is a good thing as my own ead expire in the end of September!

uscis send me an email with a fax number and the reference of the uscis agent in charge . l had to print the email and fax it with the letter from my doctor.

I made the expedit through Emma. I connecte to the chat early in the morning around 9 am and type the word”expedit” then Emma proposed me several choice and I choose “green card” and then it ask me if I had already a file I respond “yes” and they ask me for my receipt number. then they propose the option “live agent” and I had to wait in queue for 5 minutes and I was able de begin the chat.
