Citizenship update in f2A
Please guide.
Can a petitioner update her citizenship status (in an F2A) when case is at USCIS and hasn't approved yet?
If yes will it be upgraded to CR1 or IR1 ??

if you have been married for less than 2yrs CR1
if your marriage is more than 2yrs IR1

You can simply go ahead to file I-485 If you are already in US.

At some service centers F2A is processing faster than CR1 so just take a look at the current wait times for your service center.
