CHNV/Parole
Have anybody here or is anyone currently experiencing the extensive delay for the I485 after interview for people who came under humanitarian parole…(I had a great interview I130 was approved on the spot No criminal records)

@Edesros Desr woww same boat they told me the same thing with checking for fraud but its been 35 days now im just trying to see roughly how long that takes so i can finally relax

@Steeve sainvil I guess this is for everyone from the CHNV parole program? the thing is that we do not have any way of knowing when or what to expect from them, it's like a punishment.

@Yea i been doing a lot of research on it and it is for everyone that came through on chnv and its on purpose to deter people from applying or to force people to leave te country since you’re out ot status and can’t do nothing/work.

@Icy Humor I did i filed my self but the i485 is still pending
