Checking I-485 status everyday!!(L1A to EB1C)
Filed concurrently 140(PP) and 485(with 765) back in June. 140 was approved in Sep after 1 RFE and got my EAD in Sep.
I recently see many cases with 485 approved within 3-6 months so I can’t wait to get mine!! hopefully within 2023 so that I do not need to extend my current L1A next summer.
Fingers crossed for everyone waiting!

Similar situation here (L1A to EB1C), but 2 months ahead…. I mean, also concurrently filling but my I-140 was approved on July 6th (PD is April 21st).
However it is Texas Service Center…. I really hope to have my GC before year end!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

am on my 6 months this month hope I will get it before the 7th month this is after sending the evidence and they told me they have received working on my case again.

@viora Chimphonda Friend that seems a good news since it looks like 485 gets approved shortly after RFE receipt. Fingers crossed to all of us.

In a similar boat and with all the turbulence in the tech industry I could do with it approved soon. I’m UK L1-A to Eb-1C. I-140 been in 190 days still awaiting and 485 been in 3 weeks

@Al O it was all together in April 21st…. Biometrics on May 18th and EAD received on July, 20th.
