dont pay any mind to those time frames they are innacurate always check the actual site time frames for each petition in general.

don’t worry my friend had 34 months and he got approved the Next day

even myself I have my interview in 2 weeks and it’s still showing 36 months

my husband case when from 1 week to 22 months and we got the interview scheduled 3 days later

@ no Idea 😕 btw thanks to share your experience. hope we are approved soon. My priority date is January 25, 2024, and the case status changed to 'actively reviewing' on January 31, 2024. My husband is a U.S. citizen, and I am currently outside the USA, living in India. I am still waiting for an update. (i-130,Cr1 visa, texas service centre) and your pd and service centre???

be sure to also check in your documents when any change occurs some times they might upload a new one and the system wont update until later during the day. or days after. thats what happened for my husbands case

@V F The processing time on the official USCIS website is shown as 17 months (i-130 of spouse of US citizen). And I have completed my 15 months, hope my time will come soon. But I saw some people got approval in less than 15 months.

sure thing my husband and i were in the system when the time was 16 months and we got out approval at around that time aswell keep a positive mindset and for sure you will get your approval soon.! 🙏🏼 sometimes they do it sooner than other and at times they do it a month and change after but that time frame mostly never fails.!! once again Good Luck 💚 🍀
