i think your roommate is bluffing, no one is stupid enough to fake an identity with uscis, if I were you I would threaten her by the fact you gonna file a report to police and sue her.

first all , she’s lying, bc uscis only talk with the petitioner, thy ask, phone numbers date of birth , emails just to confirm it’s really the petitioner, they don’t even give the beneficiary information about tge case, don’t worry about what your roommate told you she’s messing with u, now call uscis tomorrow or chat with emma ask them about the update, don’t mention nothing about the withdraw request unless the uscis agent mentioned it ,

file identity theft on ur roommate and tell the police to include memo that the person may or contacted fed agencies for blackmailing. then contact uscis and explain to them, u can ask uscis how did they confirm it was u that called them. make sure u press charges cos police will ask u if u pressing charges.

if uscis acted on ur case due to ur roommate call, then is not gonna look good for them.

Uscis has not responded yet, and my roommate didn't call but sent a letter claiming it's me withdrawaling the case. I am so worried 😟 😨 😞 i don't know how long they take to respond to such. But will call tomorrow and go from there.

Report her to the police for arrest. The police report will be of help to you to clear the misunderstanding with uscis. So far as you know her name and maybe social security number,it does not matter if she still lives with you or not. Leave that to the police to declare her wanted. You probably have pictures of her to give to the police .

USCIS only acts on the request of the petitioner. Your roommate's letter is of no consequence to your case even if she pretended she's you. I'd file a police report, just in case, and then stay put.

Good morning Lawfully Family, thank for all the advise, i called USCIS and spoke with an agent who told me that my case was accepted, they are just waiting for a decision, and she didn't see any withdrawal of the petition. so she put in a note of Fraudulent and forwarded it to tier 2. she said they will be sending me an email in regards to this. Thank you all. Now waiting to see if i get approved!!!
