i also got the same notification on July 15, chat with USCIS online live agent and you will be able to get more information on your application. for me, i was informed that an officer is actively working on the application since July 23rd, and an officer recommended that the interview waived. I understand that our security clearance and biometrics were refreshed to prepare the application for the final officer to issue a decision. good luck.
