Case was sent to the department of state
hey I-130 F4 just got case was sent to the department of state what’s next now what to do. Any Idea?

@Vitch Vitch now ur case is with NVC, u still hav many years of wait time ...as rite now thy r processing cases of 2008

@A B your case will b approved & forwarded to NVC for further processing, even thou if you become documentary qualified you will have to wait till ur PD becomes current for interview..btw if you have kids it's better to have a longer wait time at USCIS so kids don't age out....my PD is June 2014 & still no approval from, USCIS since I have kids this long wait time will help my kids as the wait time will be subtracted from their ages....
