“Case Was Received” Since Nov 25, 2025
Any other I-129F filers around November 2025? My case was received November 25, 2025 and is still showing ‘Case Was Received.’ Has anyone with a similar receipt date seen movement yet (RFE, approval, transfer, etc.)?
Just trying to get a sense of where USCIS is at right now.

should have some news about your case in the next 40-60 days. I filed for my girl October of 2025. case was approved on July 20th. 9 days ago.

@Pepín . I haven’t tried anything. our case was approved 40 days ago lol. I’ll give it at least a few more weeks. what’s the embassy in DR doing?

@Star De la Rosa but did you receive your physical Notice of Action? if so, you should try to send the Public Inquiry Form.

My case was received on Nov 14th, still no answer
but I have searched for many people that filed on Oct 2025 and they are already approved
so it’s just a little more time!
