yes I am, mine is November 22, 2022 for I-130. I was actively reviewed in March and I got the same notification an hour ago!

look at the app.. There’s a new feature. It’s just an update. All the same… fingers crossed 🙏🏽My case is with NBC removal of conditions.

yes. i saw someone posted their status with timeline in a facebook page last month. it has timeline on it. actively reviewing and case approved on timeline.

@ so Els: we all got a notification from Case Tracker app. as for my case, it has a timeline. 2 actively review and same dates on timeline. we’re just hoping that this is a good sign. since USCIS updated the processing times again.

@ M F: the case tracker app and my status is still the same. 🤷‍♀️ USCIS had an update last night until 3am today. maybe that’s why? but I saw a post on facebook just this morning that she got a status update on case tracker, actively reviwiewing today.

the status update that I got is another review but it has the same date showing on timeline. maybe just a system error
