Case stuck at NBC ? How to get it moving ?
Been current for 4 months now. Case stuck at NBC with status message, “ Case was updated to fingerprints were taken”. Any recommendations on getting case moved out of this blackbox aka NBC ?

@Jittu K nope, its stuck with the same status, been 7 months already. Got to know my case went to Queens FO so I guess I will have to wait 2-6 weeks for further update.

@GRU Alpha Thank you for the update. At least it is moving for now, NBC to FO is good sign though. Medical RFE soon, I guess.
