case status update PD:1/17/24
hi. sorry to ask but i just received an update regarding my case. it says “request for additional evidence”. what does this mean? i font know that to do from here. it has been almost 14 months of “case is actively reviewed” to this. i dont have a clue on what to do next. i dont know what evidence are they requesting. sorry im just clueless. thanks in advance!

read your notice properly that is an rfe request for evidence and if you do not reply your case will be denied. if you do not understand get someone to look at it for you. good luck

it may be a request to re send something you already sent such as a picture or birth certificate. it means your case is being reviewed which is good.

You will receive a letter with the evidence they are requesting. Normally is something that you have already sent. You should receive the letter between 7 to 14 days from the notification.
