new card is being produced usually means your case was approved. The status should update the next day to "case was approved"

yeah you were approved don’t worry now lol. you will get your card in next 2-3 weeks. oh ok NJ that’s why it took a long time for interview. it’s a busy office. mine is Virginia. could you tell me if you applied joint or as a waiver (divorce) also if you could share your interview experience would greatly appreciate it

That’s crazy. I have a friend that filed January 2020 and filed N-400 January 2021. His I-751 is still pending at MSC while his N-400 was scheduled for an interview today

USCIS is so dysfunctional. How can a prequisite for N-400 not be ready by the time N-400 is ready 😂

because the right hand does not talk to the left hand. they treat them as individual applications they do not talk to each other. I have seen it happen many times. it is how it is. but yeah they are supposed to interview for both applications together

which they do not sometimes they would say oh we didn’t receive your i751 file so we cannot do that interview and keep the n400 on hold until then which is a mess. that’s why it’s best to finish in751 first and then file n400 to avoid making a mess
