@Sophie Lee my i601a waiver was denied 10 days ago. let me give you some context. we submitted this waiver back in 2021, then in september last year i was detained by ice and i was put in removal proceedings. mark that 4 years had already passes since i submitted this waiver by the time i was unlawfully taken by these jerks. then about 25 days ago the judge decide to terminate my removal proceedings as we told her i was just waiting for this waiver to be approved so i can go to consular processing and get my greencard (i130 was approved in 2020). the judge decides to terminate my proceedings so i could be free to get my approval and be legalized, to my surprise uscis denies the waiver 10 days after the judge terminated my eoir case. their excuse was that i could not get my i601a waiver bc i was in removal proceedings like bruh, that was already terminated 10 days prior to them making a decision 😂😂and the waiver had already been 4 years in when i was unluckily detained by these outlaws. i had filed a mamdamus to get this decision speed up. now uscis clearly says that decisions regarding i601a waivers cannot be appealed but my mandamus judge told my attorney they will reopen and reconsider that decision. at this point with everything going on because of the pedophile running this country all we can do is just have faith and pray God to work on our favor
