CASE PROCESSING TIME
Hello everyone!
I have been checking the tab “earliest time to submit questions” (something along those lines) on the uscis website. A couple of months ago it said the earliest date I could was 2028 then it changed to 2026 and stayed that way for a couple of weeks and now it says 2031. It’s just insane that they keep changing the dates, how am I supposed to know when I can actually contact uscis for any delays on my case if every time I check the page it changes to a further date. Has anyone else experienced this?

yo soy febrero del 23 y nada de nada y dice que la fecha más cercana es mayo del 2026 esta espera es agobiante

maybe to keep track of when I could? I know my case isn’t current, maybe I check just in hopes that something might change and because it used to say 2026 and then 2031. It’s not just a one year difference, it’s 5.
