why is case taking soo long. no interview no RFE. tried to expedite and nothing. can I send my bonafide marriage and medical exam to my field office without them asking I’m think of sending them next week. I’m very frustrated now. anyone sent the medical without RFE please any advise

this is what I don’t get. no RFE no interview meanwhile people get RFE or interview in 3,4 months.
