@leo lance thanks! officer was super nice. she didn’t try to trick me, just straight forward question. I really thought she would approve on the spot but guess still have to wait.

maybe they need to review your medical or get approval from the supervisor l, as long as you answered yes/no truthfully it will be approved. Congratulations. Where were you asked to send medical to field office or NBC?

oh wow,I thought sending medical to NBC meant not interview and sending to local office means interview will be scheduled. I was not properly informed then

@okis flores all questions was from 485 application. she also asked about my education/social security etc… . pretty much everything was from 485.

@Ena 22 same here I went to my interview October 15. Everything was fine and smooth no lawyer the officer said he’s going let me know in the mail if they need any additional documents but for now he doesn’t think I will just that he has to review my file since my field office changed from New Jersey to Philadelphia. 3 weeks still waiting hopefully I hear something soon

@Ena 22 so today my i-30 got approved and my old case was closed. but nothing on my new i-485... i had responded to both RFEs asking them to close my old case and gving my medicals to my new case. Is your i-30 approved? i heard once an officer puts in your A number every case file attached to that file number appears.. so am sure he must hve seen my pending i-485 with its medicals 😭😭😭

@leo lance I never filed 130 so I am not sure. btw my 485 got denied 3 days after the interview . I am still waiting for interview notice to arrive
