The rep didn’t have any information on that. she said my friend may have to write to Vermont to request the status if the case

it’s a vawa case, they won’t disclose info. and when did she apply that will make us understand. vawa cae takes 2-3yrs!

its an EAD renewal. My friend expedited as a health care worker and got the message - we ordered your new card. After few hours, it change to fingerprints taken. i want to believe that they had to apply the previous fingerprints to the case to enable them produce the card. please let me know if i am wrong. My friend is in a state of confusion and i am trytto get opinions to calm her down

it happened with my husband too sometimes they approve first and put fingerprints later don’t worry u will get your card but there will be no fingerprint on the card

same here, I got new card is being produced but later changed to fingerprints were taken. wondering how long it gonna change to approval status then??? my case is green card
