Mine was sent to non local FO from NBC and then back to NBC. After sitting for sometime (~2 months or so), it got approved.

@david K Emma agents lie - ask another agent , then another. if they reply about the location in all caps , they have copied the location details from a tool so that’s accurate. otherwise they are lying and you should ask multiple to confirm .

@battling giants : I called them ans they said file at FO however Emma saying it is at NBC. My congressman’s reply came from FO directly.

@david K then it’s likely in FO but keep asking Emma to confirm
