I was told by Emma that my case was last reviewed on 07/30/24 and 08/06/24. Still processing normally at NBC and no information whether interview waived or not.
Still no EAD/AP. Congressman request made 3 weeks ago for EAD with no response yet.

Yes, I agree. It should be approved in less than 3 months in my opinion with high priority that’s what everybody needs at least.
