I called the Uscis and an agent told me I have 40days left for a decision to be taken on my case but recently I called and another agent told the timeline on my case is September 2026 mean I did my biometrics in August 2024, can someone share their experience with these agents and how accurate is their response

My i765 is 250 days since last updated, and they keep changing the processing times, whats really going on
