CASE FE review note: minimum income requirements but Documentarily Qualified
Hi all, I received from an email from NVC that my case is document qualified. I’ve also check in ceac. but before that . only seconds, they sent me an email stating that my sponsor didn’t have enough income.
I would like to bring to your attention that my husband, who is sponsoring my visa application, is an active duty military member and his income exceeds the poverty guidelines. Therefore, I believe that his income should meet the requirements for visa issuance without the need for an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor.
what do I need to do? is this system error?#nvc #dq #documentarilyqualified

Did you provide the relevant tax documents I.e tax return 1040 form, w2s and all relevant tax schedules?

I attached all the documents. and it was accepted. it says documentarily qualified

same Thing happened to me, I am the sponsor and I exceeded the income requirements yet I received both DQ and the one that I didn't qualify due to the income. I don't understand.

got DQ same day when they sent me CASE FE. I got confused. DQ-Feb. 29

mine has been like that since September 29 2023. No Changes, No interview date yet 😞
