@gigi a I had a case before that was denied,I didn’t know I was in removal proceedings,I have no future case with EOIR when I check,my I-130 was approved was i-485 denied on the 04/23 because of removal the denial letter said I gotta terminate the case with EOIR then submit the termination letter to get my I-485 reopen

@iam_Ricardo was ur previous denied case Asylum? yes ur current case was administratively closed, so Applu for termination of removal since ur i130 was approved and then when the judge approves it send the termination of removal letter to uscis field office and ur i485 will be opened and approved.

which year was ur first case denied? you need to go to eoir website and look for forms for termination of removal or just contact ur lawyer

update; i just checked my online status, it says they reopen i485 for reconsideration.

@abii Abii I am glad your case has been reopened. I already checked on the EOIR page and it says I don’t have any pending case and @Iam_Ricardo I think that’s the best option right now, I am waiting to hear back from my lawyer.

@jwhydee thank you, my removal proceedings were terminated back in October, after that my attorney sent a request to USCIS to reopen the i485. and now they just opened it yesterday. I already have interview with USCIS in December 2019 regarding i485 and i130. let’s hope they just issue me a GC. 🤞🤞

Hi guys. Update; I got approved yesterday both I485 and I130. This is a miracle by all means cos there a things I don’t understand but I know God stepped in. Really happy and wishing everyone the best.

hey guys I hope you are all doing well, just wanted to update you all that I got notification of “new card is being produced “ I had my interview on Friday, the officer didn’t ask much questions, just the yes/no questions. and I gave them some joint documents. interview lasted only 20 minutes. today got notifications that new card is being produced.

Hey @Iam_Ricardo trust me when I say I don’t know what happened per my removal proceedings. I just got a notification that I had been approved. My lawyers were just preparing to work on it when the approval came. It is God!

finally after a week I got my GC today, it’s a 10 year GC. finally it ends 5 years of immigration struggle, now I can go and see my family after 5 years, I’m very much excited, thank you so much for everyone, and I hope and pray that you guys get your GC very soon. 🤲🏻🤲🏻
