We don't know the reason yet, we just received this message today online. they said they will mail out the paper to us to inform why. But we gave them everything they needed.

@ Kay B, just re-apply again. if you want to fight it, it going to take forever and more costly. In 11/2021, I was denied, I re-apply in 02/2022, currently waiting for approval. Maybe, this month or before 07/24/22. Maybe, you was denied because of I-130A. the petitioner is supposed to fill out the form for the beneficiary, only his or her information, without a signature of the beneficiary. The petitioner is the prepared for the form, his or her information need to be there with a signature. The petitioner need to fill out the same form with his or her information and signature.

It does not say. I just spoke with an agent they will send a notice as of why they denied.

@Olti R. Yes we had received an RFE and we gave them everything they requested. This doesn't make any sense. But, I'm a keep a positive attitude

A&M KAM is petitioner supposed to to fill out I-130A ?? my husband fill out that when I was in Nepal.. He sign it does that mean my case will denied too??

and I wrote them a letter saying I was in Nepal with my husband and he sign it ..

oh its simple if you didn't get to interview. you will need a lawyer. Maybe consultation would do and apply again

Kay B, sign into your USCIS account click on on the section where you see case status you will see three options. Select documents and you should see 2 notice there click on the one that says notice of denial and you will see the pdf notice right there. It will have the same information as the one you will receive in the mail. Also I’m really sorry to hear about your situation

@Menuka Parsai, if you provide your prove that you was with him in your home country, you will be all set. Such as flights ticket before or after sending USCIS the application for benefits. Writing letter is good but do you attach it with strong evidence, such as flight tickets, pictures? these shows that you was with him before you sent them the form. And is it two different signature, it might help but evidence, is better.

yeah I have more then 135 pictures I have visa pictures attached to it which proof that I was there .. so, married certificate, everything

Kay B. I got the same update like yours cancellation for request evidence in February 10 and till now nothing they didn’t ask me for nothing because I saw a post from you that you got the same update what. did they ask from you

@Olti Rexhepi when they first sent the RFE they asked for proof of Bona-fide marriage and I was missing the form i130A which I sent all of them in before time and this happened. I don't think the officer really reviewed it properly because several of the agents said the same thing they were backed up with cases. something isn't right.

@A&M KAM does your refiled case already approved? i was denied too and i re apply my case recently and thinking if the process took years again😞

@annp, if you refilled, it might take 5 to 7 months, only if you attach strong evidence and fill out the application good without a mistake.
