The approval letter said that it was sent to nvc though. It worries me that case status doesn't say it.

@hjjd cv. check ur email because they very day they will send your case to NVC you will receive an email with the account number and invoice number from NVC.

its normal to say the case status as closed. my case was approved on the same day 9th nov and have not recieved anything in email yet from NVC. I read some people recieved within 3 days so i guess lets wait and watch

my case was close too but on the notice they saide they sent the approval to nvc

since today is veterans day the earliest we will get it is on Monday now.

What did they ask you for in the request for evidence?

@I S Rfe was to prove that marriage is bonafide. The notes stated that links were deemed not accessible to uscis .Previously, I had sent a pdf with links of Google photos which had our wedding and travel photos and communication screenshots. As a response to rfe, I chose around 100 photos and divided them into three different PDFs. Also, I made a seperate pdf of all boarding passes, hotel reciepts, bank accounts, utility bills.

So I am completely confused, I have sent all the evidence in pdf divided by sections and with their names above, photos and documents in pdf, I did not send any pdf that contains links, they only contain the photos and documents, is that ok or not? because the page says that you can send documents and photos in PDF in each section, did I do something wrong?

@Babra i send thru online they its either original or a copy after sending mine online a few hours after i received my approval

@i s why dont u save some of the photos and documents much easier for them to look instead for them to open the links

I didn't get the welcome letter but it has what looks like a case number. let me know if anyone received an email like that

normally after documents sent to NVC, you will receive an email that states they account and invoice numbers and that’s what you will use to creat and account with the NVC to upload the civil and required documents for review.

they never notified me anything but I think I see what looks like a case number which is all I need to login I believe

right then. that means they have sent you the first email that contained ur case number and they invoice number already so go back through your emails you will find it. this is just a reminder that’s they sent you something

it’s not a letter bro. it’s an email from NVC that’s will tell you your case and invoice number. you only get a welcome letter when you submit all required documents and get a DQ unless it’s not a family based case.

oh ok but still haven't received an email from nvc besides that

just look at the date USCIS sent the case to NVC you may see that email there

@jail I thought the numbers were date but I think only 2022 is date rest is random numbers

you should get the case ID and invoice ID together in one email

If you don’t get the email then you get it in the mail

it can take two weeks for the mail
