@ No Dice, I did nothing different other than submitting every proof of our relationship in other to avoid an RFE and I prayed .

@ k I, great thanks! That’s my strategy too. Glad to see that those following the directions and not calling USCIS every day aren’t getting left behind. Best of luck at the NVC.

My US Citizen Wife Has Filed A Case For Me I- 130, On 12/07/2021, In The USCIS, But when I check the status of my case, what is written in it is that as of march 8, 2022 we are actively reviewing your case What does it mean, When my wife filed the case on December 7 2021, Why has my case been showing at USCIS since March 8, 2022, If anyone has any idea please help me?

My Service center is Texas i have seen from that Notice which USCIS sent my wife after 15 days of case Submission, and came from the Texas center.

@ no dice, one more thing, I filed the K3 visa which went to Vermont SC. there is still no update on it but I would say my approval notice came from Vermont and not Potomac. I would still advice to file K3 visa even though it’s not usually approved. fyi: my 130 SC was Potomac K3 SC was Vermont Actively review notice came from Potomac on February 20 approval notice came from Vermont on 08/23 I hope this helps someone

@KI when you submitted your k3, how quickly did you get your receipt notice? and what form did it come in? I filled k3 almost 2 weeks ago and I don’t know if it has been received. I’ve been waiting for the past 8 months, Potomac SC. I hope the k3 helps

Thank you for the additional info, k I. So it sounds like your service center was Vermont which is somewhat disappointing for us folks stuck at Potomac. Still haven’t seen any October approvals out of there yet. Dang.

Anyday Now, im the same. Potomac, waiting since May 18, submitted K3 Aug 15, still no receipt notice :(

@ Anyday Now, the K3 receipt came in a week. it came in like 797 Notice form.
