congratulations Derrick! If your priority date is current as in rest of the world, it is better to include the I-693 with the application. This will speed up the process.

wao! my PD is 03/05/2020. What’s your country of chargeability? My I-140 (EB2-NIW) was approved on 11/09/2020 and I filed my AOS on 12/01/2020 with my spouse and two daughters. We submitted our medicals with our application. We’ve completed our biometrics and waiting for a decision anytime soon. Submitting your I-693 will remove the chances of an RFE for I-693 in the future.

@Dan Ghana. The issue is that my application was sent to Texas office cuz of the state i was in. For Nebraska office its twice as fast.

You should start preparing your documents for AOS as soon as you receive your NOA. Also include your I-693 and all supporting documents. You have surmounted the difficult part which is the NIW approval. once again, congratulations brother!

i submitted the i140 on 03/23/2020 to the Texas center. I only filed the i140 and currently preparing to file the i485
