no expedite. my husband file for me and I was applying for my son because he was under 16. but age change and he had to file separate. so we ask that his application is action the same time as he is still a minor. my process was almost a year when he had to file separately

@d n you have to file the I 130 and ask for them to process with yours. share all your receipt # and provide a reason for the request.

OOF! Such a quick approval of the I-130 and then the dreaded I-824… I’ve been waiting nearly four months on my 824.
