case approved but have to file i824 which I don’t know why and I did mention on my petition that I want my visa to be processed abroad .
don’t feel like I wanna file I 824 but. I have to.

No mistakes at all at ,just they asked every body who got approved petitions for benefiary outside united stated. to file i824 .lots of petiomers already file it. but it’s taking long time to be approved to send approved petition to NVC..

not all only if you made a mistake on your application and didnt put the consulate on your 130

that means I don’t have to file i824 since my i130 was correct with no mistake and I did apply for case to be sent to consulate not to adjust status. but they insisted that I have to file the form or the petition will be retained by uscis.
