how long did it take to get everything approved from when you started?

Priority date was June 16th, I 130 was approved Jan 27th and I485 was approved Jan 28th, so around 7 months .I had my interview before 6 months since I submitted my case.

Yes it did like 20 min after i Ieft the biometrics, where is your field office? and does your case begin with IOE?

interview went great I got approved on the spot about a 15 mins interview, only 3 questions asked they stamped my passport and was on my way to Mexico later that evening . i received my green card as well it only took a week exactly ! thank you for all the info 😬
