did you receive any email regarding the expedite request before this approval? thank you

I explained to an agent on June 16th that me and my husband are unable to pay our bills. I then got an email on the 17th stating that they received my request to expedite. Then this morning woke up to card is being produced.

I requested and expedite on April 29, 2022. They requested proof June 2nd. I sent proof on June 4th of financial burden, and that bills are unable to be paid etc, even jobs offers. Haven’t heard anything. Called USCIS and the agent said they don’t see anything on their system but it could take up to 60 to update on my case. a few days ago I sent the fax again. Still haven’t heard anything.

@Alexander Spence, thank you for the information, that makes me concerned, I submitted the expedite request on June 22nd, have not heard anything yet, have a pending offer with the start date of August 1st. maybe you can try to email the supporting document other than fax?

@Anny They specially said to fax the information, so I doubt a email will help, they also didn’t provide a email. If I don’t hear anything again within 7 business days, I will just have to call them again to see.
