Fiance petition
Anyone here with a fiance approved case in August and is awaiting the welcome letter from NVC? It's been over a month and no letter. I sent a request information last week but no response yet.

my i140 approved on august 4. still waiting for welcome letter

my i130 approved 31-Jan-2022.
received Decision letter,I-797 Notice of action on 8-Feb-2022.
still i didnt recieved any welcome letter but NVC on on call centre issued me 8 digits invoice id.
at ceac when k check the status of case with invoice id it shows your case is returened to usics for administrative action.
what is this all goin?

my k1 application was approved on august 23. i am still waiting for the nvc to send me a welcome letter. i wonder how long it will take.

W A were you able to find out why it was sent back to USCIS?? That doesn't make any sense at all

Indont know what is happening out there seriously,i am thinking it may be the status of revocation when RFEs procedure was done by the lawyer.
becasue Case tracker app shows “ January 31, 2022, the Department of State returned your case, Receipt Number SRC**********, to us for further review and we mailed you a notice affirming our original approval. Please contact the Department of State directly for any further information on your case.
