my pd for both I-485 and I-140 was 02/15/2023. I honestly dont remember FO

I-140 was approved long time ago. I think it took about 2 weeks since I expedited it

@JJ H how long did USCIS took to update your status after the RFE was delivered to them and did you sent it to Overland Park Kansas location one your RFE?

it took about 8-9 days after they received my RFE response (medical examination). and yes I sent it to overland park KS

I went out last night :) I didnt have dependents, only me. I dont think I was assigned to field office

@JJ H so it took about 8-9 days for them to change your status to RFE received and then a week to give you approval?

@JJ H also are you aware if the package was delivered in PO Box or directly handed to a person?

I could see fedex delivered and saw the status that they received it on USCIS. Approval took about 8-9 days after they got it
