september 2020 I filled my application. December 2020 fingerprint. February 18 RFE And last week I sent the vaccination record it received by uscis on April 5. my new card being produced . no interview

was it marriage based or employment based?

Wesley, EB1, 2 or 3? I’m EB3 with PD of 10/12/20, bio in Feb and just 3 days ago an RFE was mailed to me. Don’t know what it’s about, but I haven’t submitted my medicals. Hoping that’s what it is. Also, which center was your file at? Please, can you update us when you receive your card? Congratulations btw! Lucky for bypassing the interview!!!!

i have heard about september filings getting gc now. i think he meant gc itself

Nk if you didn't submit your medical vaccination it is a RFE for the vaccination you have to do it as soon as you can to make the process continue fast

LB I don't receive any EAD they just approved the green card
