I-485 Case Approved
My case was approved however they took some important information that we need ASAP. Does anyone know when or how they'll receive their documents/evidence back? Do they send it in the mail with your green card or do they keep it?

they keep everything you turned in for good. they specifically tell you to submit COPIES of the documents and bring the original to the interview for verification.

Thank you Michael. For those who see this and made the same mistake as I did. I researched and you may be able to file a g-844 to request your originals. But ask a lawyer....

omg you never have to submit the originals ! the officer last minute even asked hope I gave you back the originals .. But as you said file that document and I hope it works! good luck
