Case approved
People,
I had the interview on Oct 21 and I was approved on spot. Thank God.
After 10minutes I left the building, the app Lawfully showed me that my case had changed -> ( interview to decision ) This app is really good.
I would like to thank for all help I got from people in this app.

@CJ they didn't even look all the pictures and proved I brought with me. only checked the joint documents. So the questions were under what we already expected in this case, nothing anormal.

@vi vi did you have children together ? how did you got your interview so fast only one day after biometrics ? did you requested EAD OR AP ? my case was received on April 2nd and biometrics on august 30th yet my case status only says ready to schedule an interview .. my petition is an adjustment of status marriage based and we have been married for 4 years and have a 3 year old daughter .. it’s taking too long and I don’t know if it’s something wrong 😩

@Adela No, we don't have children. My case was ready for interview in the next day of the biometric. I got the appointment for interview only in Sep 07. My Field Office is in New York and by what I've seen it is going very fast there. the total of my process was 8months. Probably your interview will be by December. Your biometric was in 4 months like mine, you need only to have patience.
